We encourage you to read the information below!
How we use your information
The information we collect from you in this form is stored and handled securely and confidentially. The data is processed with the purpose of providing you with business development services, to market our services and events, as well as for statistical purposes to measure and evaluate various efforts, as well as to customize and improve Science Park's operations. The legal basis for the processing is to fulfill our contractual relationship with you. Processing for marketing and statistical purposes is based on our legitimate interest in being able to market our services, and to develop and improve our business, as well as providing statistics to our financiers and stakeholders.
Individual personal data may be shared with Science Park's partners, like municipalities, financiers and government agencies. Science Park never sells your personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. As a main rule, data is anonymized in relation to parties outside of Science Park and it is shared only as aggregated statistics. One example of such aggregated statistics is that “in 2017 we met 920 idea carriers, of whom 37% were women”.
We are mainly funded by public funds and we contribute to entrepreneurship, business growth and the creation of new jobs. In order for us and our financiers and other stakeholders to be able to evaluate our efforts, this kind of statistical material is required.
The personal data are stored as long as the contractual relationship is in progress, or for a maximum of 10 years, before the data is deleted. After that, only the aggregated statistics remain. Information for marketing purposes is saved as long as you continue to subscribe to our newsletters. Thereafter, the data is deleted.
If you have any questions regarding our processing of personal data or if you want to exercise any of your rights regarding the information we have about you, e.g. request registry extract, correction or deletion, you can send your request to email@example.com.
If you consider that your personal data is processed in violation with current legislation, you also have the right to file a complaint to the supervisory authority. See www.datainspektionen.se for more information and contact information.
